These terms explain the rules for using the pointofvyou.org website. By using the website, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The website belongs to Asociatia Point of VYou, tax ID (CUI) 36473042, with its registered office in Dărăști-Ilfov, Ilfov county, Romania. You can write to us at pointofvyou@gmail.com.
2. Information on the website
The website presents the association’s work, our projects, team, partners and the resources created in our projects. We do our best to keep the information correct and up to date, but it is for information only and may change. The exact conditions for taking part in a project are those in the call for participants and in the documents you receive once selected.
3. Copyright
The texts, the Point of Vyou logo, name and visual identity, the photos and the other materials on the website belong to the association or to their authors. The logo and name may not be used without our written consent. Photos of people may not be taken and reused.
4. Educational resources
The guides, games and other educational materials created in our projects and published on the Resources page are freely available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) licence, unless another licence is indicated on the material.
This means you can use, copy, adapt and share them, on three conditions:
- you credit the source, for example: “Resource title”, Asociatia Point of VYou and the project partners, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0;
- you do not use them for commercial purposes (you do not sell them or include them in paid products or courses);
- you share adapted versions under the same licence.
Some materials are created together with partner organisations and also carry their names.
5. European funding
Many of the projects and materials presented on the website are funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme.

6. External links
The website contains links to other websites, for example our blog on WordPress.com, the redirectioneaza.ro platform, partner websites or social media. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
7. Using the contact form
The contact form is for genuine messages to the POV team. Please do not use it for unsolicited advertising or for illegal or offensive content. We may ignore or delete such messages.
8. The 3.5% tax redirection
Redirecting 3.5% of your income tax is voluntary and costs you nothing extra. We use the amounts received for the association’s activities, in line with its statutory purpose. The information on the dedicated page is for guidance; the official rules are those published by ANAF, the Romanian tax authority.
9. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the website running without interruptions or errors, but we cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the information on the website or from being unable to access it.
10. Personal data
How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, linked in the website footer.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will first try to settle any disagreement amicably; if that fails, it will go to the competent courts in Romania.

We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
