The POINT OF VYOU Association is a creative, intercultural space for alternative learning and transformational activities, dedicated to young people and educators who want to reach their potential.
POV’s mission is to offer guidance in personal, professional and vocational development, and to connect and grow communities with shared values. Through our projects, the network of passionate and dedicated people we have built, and non-formal education tools (visual and critical thinking, improv, storytelling, world café, exchanges, a game library, teambuilding), we guide young people to reach their potential, and educators to inspire and become a positive force in society.

In a world that moves ever faster and bows to pragmatism, convenience and commercialism, young people often feel confused and lost about the life they want to build, what they are good at, what motivates and moves them, and where they can best use their potential.
A hasty decision made by a young person can, in the long run, shape a frustrated and unhappy adult, trapped in a prison they do not know how to escape.
That is why POINT OF VYOU is an intercultural centre for young people, created to complete and balance the lifestyle of those who want to grow and reach their potential, through sustainable growth on many levels.
Our mission
- to develop inspiring programmes that create balanced, lasting change in young people’s lives, as well as alternatives for a better standard of living;
- to drive social change by encouraging community members to be active, to open their minds and to look at life from a different perspective.
Our vision
A world where young people live in harmony, can reach their potential and can create a sustainable environment. A world where they can become better people, kind to the place they live in and able to contribute to it in a positive way.

What we’ve built so far
We have worked on education, games, personal development and understanding each person’s potential, and on recycling and reorganising personal and professional goals. In the long term, POV aims to build a bridge between the personal and the global, helping young people become more aware of the world around them.
POINT OF VYOU is a youth organisation that wants to create a balanced, sustainable lifestyle and to invite peace and understanding between cultures. We offer tools for growth on many levels: a mix of multicultural experiences, methods and points of view, as alternatives in education. Through all of this we support lifelong learning.
Most of our activities have taken place at European level, with young people from all over Europe and from other continents. Now we want to grow locally and regionally too, with young people from Romania, some of them joining through our European partnerships.
